    I'm currently developing one.

I have a live version at ipBgone proxy list

The finished version will be $5 or free if you want to help me develop it, which basically means I'll give you a copy if you give me some feedback on it after you've used it and tell me about any bugs you find.

What features were you wanting from your proxy list?

    Currently I have:
    *ip logging of poster
    *posting limit per ip
    *reciprocal link checker
*auto mailing of submitted proxies to google groups
*10 newest sites on main page with full list easily accessible
*10 random sites also on main page to ensure everyone gets exposure

    Working on:
    *admin control panel

atproxy is well coded, but organizes the list by date, so everyone eventually ends up buried deep in the list. Some webmasters might be wasting a backlink on that if the deep pages don't get much traffic.

ProxyPromo is the one I use. It isn't coded well and has a few persistent problems. However, it randomizes the list on each page reload. I find that to be more fair to webmasters who are sending a link and expect some traffic in return.

    That's a fantastic idea

I've added a random proxies module to my proxy script now thanks!

Probably the only 'available' proxy list that I'd recommend (it's free !) is the proxy list script by xrvel - proxycoder - Project Hosting on Google Code, and this looks ok too - wproxylist.com , but I've never tried it.

Also take a look here - Proxy listing script, has some good comments about the quality / security (or lack of ) of some proxy list scripts. So you might learn which scripts to avoid. Another discussion here you can find by searching the forums Proxy list script which one do you use

atproxy is well coded, but organizes the list by date
If you have AtProxy you can show random listings with a tiny change to the SQL,
from Aquarezz - Rotate Proxies and Places to Submit Proxy Lists - and/or - proxies wont rotate

The above posts are for the proxylistscript I'm afraid, that's the dear one ($200, but a google search can find it cheaper). The atproxy has the code: ORDER BY time DESC on line 19 of index php, maybe it can be modded to ORDER BY rand() , I'll try it when I set up another test site and post the results if it works.

The proxycoder list is very good, especially for free (my favorite price) but v2 isn't without issues, it's a bit of a pain to setup properly. I prefered v1 myself, the original, which had it's own querks, but setup is easy. It can be found here.

I tried the free wproxylist but didn't like it myself, but it's free so to coin a phrase 'you pays your money and takes your choice'
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a terrible warning...

Yep, it still works the same. ORDER BY rand() instead of ORDER BY time DESC.

The above posts are for the proxylistscript I'm afraid,
Thanks, I thought being the proxy list support forum that was atproxy related.

    Anyone using this script ? - http://devduke.com/software/phpproxylist.html

Indeed it does! I've just randomized the homepage list on topproxylist.net temporarily, every pageload is a different order, obviously not the hightlighted listings tho', they're hard coded into the page and they want to be at the top, but it works. (I know it looks like a proxycoder script (it was once) but it is atproxy, honest, I just copied the look because I liked it)

So an update on my proxy list script: it's plug and play now. Hopefully all the bugs ironed out.

Anyone else interested in helping me test it? There's a free copy in it for you.

I uploaded the script to a free .co.cc domain I had lying about to check it really did work when you just upload it and it does. No SQL required!

I removed the automailer to the google groups but I can share that code for free, just ask.

Also a major overhaul of how the thing looks.
