On my mine the file that redirects is not even allowed to be accessed by search bots.
http://www.hidefinder.com/robots.txt?
So no, no link farming going on.

I think they are the same as directories. Except all the links are nofollow, so I don't know.

guessed so, it seems I will have to use rel=nofollowthanks for the answers
and i think all proxy list sites using redirect so proxy list not passing any PR value
