Just go to the site and be sure you add some sort of country blocking via htaccess or geoip and block non-english speaking countries so you can let them know this has been done or they wont accept you. If you are in a country that doesnt allow sign ups you could always try and sign up with a proxy

Actually all my proxies except one site which I redirect low converting traffic, are restricted with maxmind geoip. I applied using the main proxy, but yet to hear from them for more than 10 days. May be it's due to holidays.

I haven't tried them but if they show relevant ads, worth trying it. Tried speedads & adscomet - results were very poor ctr due to non relevent ads.

And yeah.. My CTR for my proxy is under 1%.. :s

That sucks hard.. but I don't know what to do against it...

Oh yes, there sure is still money to be made with proxies. My earnings have been on a constant increase since I started (summer 08) as I've learned new techniques and expanded my network(s).

I'm trying Canep Media & Global Interactives on my proxies.
Global Interactive seems to work well, I'm waiting to seeing more from Canep before writing a review.

However, Google Adsense is still very good in the homepage !

Yeah, Google Adsense is the best for sure for proxies

And might try GI though than lol
