If you take a closer look you will see that the proxy list on the right side is changing (as it lists all the proxy sites that have use the ProxyNoid's service)

Lets start with your first question
Yes ,that's correct. After the 15days have passed the proxy's listing class will change into free listing. It will remain listed on the lists for 30 more days even if you don't have a link back to the proxy lists.
If you submit your proxy site from our service and not directly from the proxy lists you will not have to put a backlink on your site. That will last 30 days.Quote:
