Thread: Publishers?

Just curious as to what publishers you all use. I'm looking to expand a little bit. Currently running adsense on main, and adversal/adbrite on proxied pages. However, i'm looking at adding another banner or two on proxied pages - I just would want to go with different companys.

You should try 'infolinks' and 'CanepMedia', they are performing very well for some owners!

Whats infolinks like and their pay schedule and stuff? Is it CPM/CPC?
Canep is running on one domain.. I just find their panel really hard to navigate through otherwise i'd expand. Aswell, do you know caneps pay schedule and such?

CANEP Media is full of redirects, and they have a very low fill rate with horrible support.

I use GlobalInteractive for my CPM, which I say is second best to Adversal (which continues to reject me).

Infolinks is CPC, but they don't allow proxy sites.

Infolinks doesn't accept proxies, I checked with them a month or two ago.

Canep still owes me my Feb earnings. I have since stopped using them but they are not fantastic anyway. If anyone knows a way to get ahold of one of their reps, please let me know. I have emailed and called them but to no avail.

I am using Global Interactive for US traffic and Xtend Media for other countries. Xtend Media used to have very good cpm rates for UK but has dropped significantly since beginning of May. Hope the rates will pick up again soon.

Does global interactive accept application for a proxy site??

Yes GlobalInteractive does allow proxies.

Actually I dropped GlobalInteractive as I found it was actually them that was running a high number of abusive ads on their network.

I placed a single GlobalInteractive square ad on a blank page and just started refreshing. In the space of a few dozen or so page loads I had a popunder appear (bad), a bunch of iframed ads and searches along with an ad (ala vizimedia style, very bad), delayed javascript browser "back" commands (very, very bad, as that caused a reload and a chance for another dodgy ad to run), and then finally complete browser hijack and redirect off my test page to another site (and there was more than one of them).

Since dropping GlobalInteractive my page views have gone UP by 15-20%, my revenues with other networks are natually up as a result by a like amount and generally haven't been having problems like this on my sites.

Just on the off chance it was a fluke/temporary thing (they were paying well for US traffic after all) I gave them another chance about 2 weeks ago and within 2 dozen page views i got hidden iframed (couple of hundred remote loads) and then redirected off the page...

Hmm, I've experienced all that with CANEP, but not GI. I wish I could get accepted into Adversal...
