You should find the server is responding better now, we have been working hard to optimize the new server to handle the amount of requests per second that the server is seeing and a minor adjustment I made this morning has made a huge difference.
I would like to point out that yesterday the server was *under attack* for several hours and I am more than happy to post log files if you want to see them - anybody who opened a support ticket was updated with the status as to what was going on, what was being done about it, and even an excerpt from the logs.
We are still transferring accounts to the server which is using a lot of bandwidth as many of the accounts we host are very large but I've reduced the maximum amount available for the transfers to speed everything up.
Sometime today or later this evening you should notice a large increase in speed however you should have already today seen an increase in speed as I have been monitoring the speed/availability of sites on the server as the transfer progresses.
Of course this is *not* a support avenue for TMZHosting and if you are a client and having an issue please submit a ticket in our helpdesk and we will look into the issue for you and tell you exactly what is going on and what is being done about it. We're not trying to hide anything from you and we have no intention of doing so.
I see you linked to a proxy complaining it was up but loading slow... Here is my load of the page without cache:
All sites should be just as fast if not faster, you will see that a good portion of the load time is from loading files from googlesyndication.com and doubleclick.net which we do not have control over.

No, it's quite possible your account isn't moved over yet (there are reasons we are moving from our old servers/provider).

We are likely going to be pulling the box offline for a short time within the next 1 to 3 days (during off-peak times, likely at night) to add more RAM to the server so that the server can more easily handle the amount of requests it is seeing.
The server on average is seeing around 600~1000 simultaneous requests during peak times and currently the 16GB of ram is only allowing us to handle right at about 600 which explains some slow periodic slow loading.
As always, we are working to improve services and we will be adding the RAM at our expense without increasing your prices to be sure we can provide solid services to you.

It appears the server is under attack again, I really wish whoever was doing this would grow up.
We're working to isolate the attack at this point in time.
