Please take a screen shot and send it in the support ticket. You could be getting an Invalid SSL Certificate, but not the error you are stating.

I'm waiting to see what's happening but tonight i was suspended.

I have low traffic proxies with around 1000 -2000 daily impressions for all not uniques. I still think is a mistake...

No it was not a mistake. Your site attracted a small DDOS attack which caused the load to go up. It stopped now so you can open a support ticket and it will be unsuspended.

How do you define a DDOS attack?

What data do you give to the customer so they can troubleshoot (and potentially prosecute...) the issue?

Are you giving out refunds as i have not got 99% Uptime. I will be leaving TMZ hosting unless this constant offline or slow loading problem is fixed within a couple of days...

We saw the ddos attack. It was really small so we took down the website and the attack stopped. The website came back online. Thats it.

More problems for me today

As of the last 20 minutes I've been unable to connect to the ftp.

This really is going beyond a joke now, and the claims of 99% uptime are laughable.

I've contacted the TMZ support god knows how many times, at least to their credit they do respond fairly fast. But that’s not really the problem. I need to know that I can setup proxies and not have them go down while they are being actively advertised. I've had a few examples of proxies going on and offline shortly after adding them to Tech-Faq, Which obviously is pretty bad.

Currently I'm subscribed to a $37 a month deal with TMZ. I'm not using the bandwidth to warrant that size of subscription currently, but in the long run I'll eventually need all the bandwidth I can get. However I'm losing money here with sites being down, with me being unable to connect to the ftp at times when I need to work. Just to clarify sites are not usually down for long periods but having a proxy go down for anything up to 10 minutes as they are being added to toplists is enough to slash the earnings for that proxy.

I don't want to speak bad about the guys at TMZ they seem like a nice bunch and do their best to help people out, it just feels almost like an amateur setup at times. That’s causing me to want to go spend my money elsewhere unfortunately

Upon finishing this post I can now connect to the ftp in question. (Which illustrates the small head doing downtimes!)

yup..i also get this small downtime thing..like my sites are too slow at times and then i get a network timeout..

opened a support ticket and they are right now moving me, including others, to another server..

i hope this solves the issue. more than downtime my problem has been the slowness.

I work hard to bring 500 visitors to my network, and then the next day only 30% of them return. I am sticky customer and would really hate to change my host.

The load for the past 2 days has been 3-4 which is excellent for a proxy server. So it did improve a lot. We will be transferring lots of clients to other servers so we can stabilize this server. Send me a PM and we will transfer you to a better one.

I currently dont see a ticket for transfer unless you requested it a couple days ago?
