    Tracking stats and keywords for proxies

    OK, this is going to seem like a stupid question but I am serious about asking. How does everyone track visitors, for example do you install Google Analytics on the index page, but not on the proxified page? Do you all treat proxy sites the same as other websites and track visitors and keywords?

    Since 5 minutes ago I'm using Google Analytics as many people told me to do so...
    It looks pretty fine, though, I'm only using it for ProxLists.Com - Working Proxies - Unblocked Proxies - Unblock Myspace and not for my regular proxies...
    For my regular proxies I keep using AwStats as I'm really used to it

    But I think both are the best.. a combination of AwStats & Analytics is one of the best on the internet IMHO

    I'm curious about analytics on proxified pages as well.

    Anyone have any experience with this? Good idea or bad?

    As far as I am concern, if you are using glype script then there's no point of putting tracking script there as it won't work properly, simply because the glype script keep parsing the javascript in that tracking script hence every proxified page load will be count as a unique load when in fact it was the same person browsing around the proxified pages.

    Am I making any sense?

    So I'm better off just using AWstats which is server side?
