I am seeing 60% of memory is being consumed but i am not able to investigate what causing it ( in my webserver), i think it must be coz of some sort of leeching. can you guys advice me what is going on here and what needs to be done ?

Run an anti-virus i.e. Avira and Spybot/Ad-Aware for starters.

Start by having your hosting company investigate the problem. You may be running too many service daemons or something may be stuck in a loop.
You can have it fast, good or cheap. Pick any two.
