All hosting servers have been switched to cPanel's new backup system. The Legacy backup system has been disabled. You can still access your backups via the cPanel interface by clicking the 'Backups' icon. The schedule has also changed. From now on 4 consecutive days worth of backup will be retained in addition to 1 monthly backup.

There was an error in the previous announcement about backups. The new backup system does not show the currently stored backups in the cPanel interface like the old backup system did. This means you will need to open a support ticket if you need to have a backup restored. You can still generate a fresh backup from within cPanel even though downloading previously stored backups is not possible.
