You're loading the destination sites for the user - you're providing them with the data. It's up to you what you do or do not provide, and what you provide differently for the sake of the service - such as changing the advertisements. xD At least, that's how I see it.

Don't use adsense as the replacement ads they will ban you for stealing other people's content or duplicate content or god know's what.
I would use other networks like adbrite or smowtion for this.

Well I don't plan on using AdSense, I plan on using other more lenient networks.

I've been trying to make one, but its tough because there are so many variations to what a publisher could put down. But then again, I'm also pretty bad at RegEx

Thats a good idea I got from this thread...and thanks ruben for giving an idea about this function... let me give it a try. If it is success, i will share here....
