Like most free proxy hosting offers, you should probably try them only if you aren't making any money from your proxified pages - which you should be in most cases. That or if you are so broke that you can't even pay for hosting.

I've always wondered if people who submit large amounts of co.cc proxies to some lists also use any of those free proxy hosting offers out there (co.cc + free proxy hosting is a deadly combination if someone got it to work).
