I am surprised to see so many to say no. When I finish a post I usually open the preview page in a new tab. Then, when I read it the way others will, I can easily edit it using the other tab.

Depends how lazy I'm feeling on the day. I usually find previewing is a good idea to ensure the posts layout looks ok within the site.

I usually don't preview the post. But I usually read it and edit to make any corrections.

I preview most of my posts, especially posts in my glype themes website. Because -as many have said- I need to make sure that everything are working e.g download link, preview link, etc etc.

I think preview action also display you same output which you get after publishing . Its better to correction your correction in preview option rather than let them go live and correct them after that .
