Does anyone know of a plugin or code modification that can duplicate the comments section on this blog?

I can customize one if I need to, but if there is already a plugin or mod available, I do not want to spend time re-inventing it.
I like the built-in rating systems and numeric calculation spam stopper.

Blogcatalog looks like custom code; I don't think it's running Wordpress.
What is it that you specifically like about the comments section of that page?
