    importing .xml error

i tried importing XML file to a new domain i have. but got this error, any solutions please?

File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

What are the values of post_max_size and upload_max_filesize?

I think I'd view the XML file in a text editor to ensure that it's correct.

I suggest: Open the file in Internet Explorer or search on XML NotePad by Microsoft for software to check out your file.

    what does it mean?
It probably means that there is an illegal character in one of the text blocks breaking the structure of the XML. So this code needs to be inside a CDATA section.

I barely understand this issue myself, but if you download XML NotePad (for Windows) you may be able to use this tool to fix the file.
