It depends on what you want to do with it, you can track outgoing clicks with Google Analytics.

but i saw my traffic page view increase and bounce rate drop too :)
After installing the plugin like the readme files says, you should have a page where you will be able to see how many clicks an outgoing link on your blog has had ;)
