Never heard of it before, but it seems interesting. Someone actually using this service (are you?) might give us a little more information on how it is like.

It's a wordpress installation that allows you to setup multiple blogs from one database. It works well for really large sites. I've used it once but the project I was doing wasn't that big and so I just got rid of it. I think for corporations that want to keep separate blogs/sites for different sections it's worth a look into.

Thanks for your post, I just realized the point in it: when you have a limited number of databases with your hosting plan, this platform is perfect!

Actually, I'm using it for an Albanian blog network. Of course, you need a large hosting for this, but for now, I'm using it with my small hosting plan

It works just like free blogging service from automattic itself, the wordpress.com.

I have same point with @Sneakyheathen, this platform is good for whom are seriously to start a medium to large sites corporation.

Akira, it's completely free.

I did try and install it for a small personal project I was doing, but I was really confused by the installation, lol. That said, it does look like an amazing platform and I do want to try it out at some point, even if it's just for fun.

Anyone knows if the themes designed for the normal version of WP are working with MU? It should be but from TsubasaOzora's example, it doesn't look like.
