Thread: wordpress 3.1

It is now time to upgrade to Wordpress 3.1.3...

Anyone keeping track of how many wp updates this year so far?

I wrote a plugin to automatically update all my blogs in my network to the latest version if one crops up. So I don't care anymore unless my network is messed up

Damn! Just logged into one of my blogs admin side.

Now it is version 3.1.4...

They could have waited until after July 4th!!!

Just logged into two wordpress blogs.
New UPDATE!!!
Now it is version 3.2!

I, for one, am glad to see WordPress really buckling down and making changes.

I noticed WP mentioned something about speeding improvements.
Proud to report that my make money online blog has a total loading time of 2.7 seconds.

I'm also fond of the style change in the admin panel.

I like it. Those who are stuck on PHP4 and/or MySQL4 might not be so happy.

It also apparently breaks some existing Wordpress themes. I can't imagine checking all of my Wordpress blogs to see if they work properly with 3.2.

The new full-screen data entry interface is a welcome addition.

The new dashboard is pretty impressive, but too much usage of Javascript has made it little laggy. I will also miss the nice font - Verdana.

I like the new font when you go into HTML mode. It's now ugly enough to make it obvious that you are in HTML mode.
