Thread: Wordpress plugins a website can't go without

I just made a short list of my favorite wordpress blogging related plugins for 2010, and was looking for idea's on other people's favorite plugins.

i guess askimet is really really important as you mentioned it twice
i prefer headspace2 than all in one seo pack though.

Search engines should be fine with it. Visitors may be confused, depending upon the structure of your site. My political blog, for example, can't use OPP. People would be very confused if two year old news popped up on the front page. But for my how to sites, OPP is quite nice.

It's possible to exclude some categories in OPP. Perhaps you could exclude the current events topics. Politics doesn't change much, only the faces.
