Is that possible i make some category post stick on the category ?
for example :
post 123 on category A, when user click on Category A and sticky post will appear in the on the top or first list .....
Do i need any trick ? or base on theme ?

Could have a look at this one AStickyPostOrderER can also search that page for "sticky" and it will return a lot of results
WP-Sticky can be used for this purpose. I'm unsure if a post can be made 'sticky' for its particular category but it can be made sticky for the day(Sticky) or forever(Announcement) using this plugin.
