anyone know which plugin use above code ? cause my host provider complaint it use too many resources ....

I'm thinking the autotag or simpletag plugins.. but I could be wrong..
Try disabling those and ask your host provider if they are still seeing the same problem

I am a dummy and new too. But can't you do a backup of your site to your harddrive and search the code in notepad ++ ?

Ouch. Too many resources? Maybe you need a new host. Who are you currently with?

As for which plugin is the problem... I believe it's one of these:
breadcrumb, brokenlink checker, page link to post count, simple tag, or autotag.
(Check simple tag and autotag first... I suspect it's one of those.)

Sorry I can't narrow it down further. Try checking those one by one in the plugin editor to find out for sure.
